Handi*Camp Registration Process

Step One: Decide which session is for you.

Step Three: Understand the registration process.

  • Handi*Camp's registration process begins each year in mid-February. Brochures and registration information are mailed at the same time to all veteran campers as well as first-time camper prospects.
  • All camp sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. So it's important to return a Reservation Slip right away after receiving the brochure mailing.
  • A complete application packet will then be mailed to you after the Reservation Slip is received. Application forms must be completed and returned before final acceptance can be approved.
    FIRST-TIME APPLICANTS: In addition to the main application form, you will also receive a physician’s form to be completed and signed by your doctor. An in-home interview will be scheduled for first-time applicants (except those for Bible Conference sessions) after which time final acceptance will be determined.

  • The application fee (non-refundable) should be returned with the completed application forms. If financial assistance is needed toward room and board fee, a written request for campership assistance must accompany your application form and fee. Otherwise, full payment is expected by camp time.

    CHALLENGER, ADVENTURER, CONQUEROR and VOYAGER Sessions
    $ 75.00 Application Fee
    $350.00 Room & Board Fee
    $425.00 TOTAL COST
    BIBLE CONFERENCE Sessions
    $ 75.00 Application Fee
    $420.00.00 Room & Board Fee
    $495.00 TOTAL COST

Step Four: Contact Handi*Camp with your name and mailing address so we can include you in the brochure mailing. Please provide the prospective camper's age and disability when you contact us.
