|
About Us:
Family: Larry is an ordained pastor and his wife, Victoria is a state registered nurse. They serve H*VMI together in Ghana, West Africa. They have three children: Leonard, Dorothy and Timothy as well as two foster young adults.
Hobbies: Larry enjoys gardening and soccer. Victoria likes cooking and playing games with children.
Background: Larry accepted the Lord as a young adult. He attended Ghana Baptist Theological Seminary where he graduated with a degree in Pastoral Theology. He also completed several leadership courses in Christian education and mature signing at Pennsylvania School for the Deaf, USA. He served on the pastoral staff with the Independent Baptist Church in Ghana for eight years. The Lord called him out of pastoral ministry and he now serves with a mission agency for people with disabilities.
Victoria accepted the Lord while in high school. She graduated from nursing college in Ghana with a diploma in Nursing. Victoria has also completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
Life Verse: "My God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus." (Phil. 4:19)
Please Pray for Us: (Click on our newsletter below for more specific requests.)
- Pray we provide the right rehabilitation programs that will help reintegrate our residents into the community.
- Pray that many people affected with disabilities and their families would be touched and discipled to grow through our Handi*Camp ministry.
- Pray for the staff and volunteers that the Lord would give them strength and wisdom to provide quality care to residents, campers and all the special needs of H*VMI missionaries serving around the world.
