Judy comes from an abused and addicted background and presents Biblical restoration from personal experience and education. As a result of God's restoration in her life, she had a deep desire to help other women who have suffered abuse or traumas in their lives. In 1990, the Lord opened the door to do this by starting REST Ministries. Her Education: Upper Darby High School, Liberty Bible Institute, Caring for People God's Way I & II.
