The death of a child is like no other loss. Everyone is profoundly hurt to learn that a child has died --but the loss to the child's parents is overwhelming, whether the child is not yet born, stillborn, a baby, a toddler, a teen or an adult!
 
 
BASIS people are willing to help "bear their burden" through their encouraging and informative ministry.

"Kids in Grief" and "Teens in Grief" are aspects of BASIS which minister to the hurts of young people who have experienced the death of someone they love -- a sibling, a parent, a friend.

The grief of a child or teen is often disguised so it can easily be overlooked; but, through the BASIS ministry, they find help and understanding in their unique grief.
