If you did, you missed a beautiful day of golf, fellowship and the opportunity to learn more about the BASIS ministry of H*VMI, which was the recipient of the funds from this event. The 72 golfers who joined us enjoyed a relaxing day on the course and a delicious lunch buffet provided by the banquet facility at Centerton Country Club. More importantly they heard Judy Blore, Director of H*VMI’s BASIS program, share about this vital ministry to those who have lost children or other family members. The money raised that day will be used for programs of support as we endeavor to be ambassadors for God who promises to be "near the broken hearted."
 
H*VMI wishes to thank our golfers and the many organizations that supported this fundraiser through their generous financial gifts or golf prizes.
 
As the Bible tell us in 2 Corinthians 9 "Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God."
 
We know the golfers who attended this year’s event have already marked their calendar for next year’s golf outing at Centerton Golf Club:
