What I do at H*VMI: Disciple other women with disabilities one on one Teach in various Bible Studies Assist with Programming at Handi*Camp Take any and every opportunity to recruit or speak for H*VMI

About Me:

Family: I am single. I love being an Aunt to my niece Sarah and my nephew Stephen.
 
Hobbies: I enjoy reading (especially biographies) and keeping in touch with friends through the phone, email or getting together around a meal.
 
Background: : I graduated from Columbia International University in Columbia, South Carolina in 1993 with a B.S. in Bible with a Minor in Church Ministries.
 
My Life Verse: "But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses so that Christ's power may rest on me." (2 Cor. 12:9)
 
I was born with Cerebral Palsy and am thankful that the Lord is choosing to use me in this ministry to encourage others with disabilities and to help spur the Body of Christ to include those with disabilities in their lives both inside and outside of the church. (Click here for my full testimony.)
